Murdoch Management is looking for a mature and experienced individual to join its team.
The successful applicant will take the lead role in managing a portfolio of seniors housing with a variety of not-for-profit tenures (Co-op, Life Lease and Rental).
This position reports to the GM and is required to attend Board meetings, and supervise the day-to-day project needs, a full time assistant, caretakers and service providers.
Yardi (or similar) and MS Office/Outlook would be an asset.
