Non-profit Housing in Canada: Today and Tomorrow
This research project, led by members of the U of M Department of City Planning, will ask housing providers to complete a survey and interview about how they are responding to, and positioning themselves for, emerging changes in non-profit housing policy. The results from the survey will be shared with respondents prior to the interviews so that they can see how their responses compare with other organizations. The research will offer insights into how others are addressing the challenges and opportunities arising from changes in policy. The intent is to use this research as a foundation for a longitudinal study of non-profit housing in Canada, and to repeat this research in 5 years to see what changes have emerged over time.
