Housing Development Coordinator
(Full Time – 80 hours bi-weekly)

Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. is a non-profit consumer driven organization that provides housing and attendant services to support people with physical disabilities to live independently in the community.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in social sciences, environmental design, or disability studies preferred. Equivalent training and work/life experience considered.
  • Demonstrated Research Skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with issues affecting people with physical disabilities living in a community setting.
  • Knowledge of accessible design including building codes. Ability to review building plans for accessibility considerations an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Independent Living Philosophy and community service models.
  • Knowledge and experience with government programs and community agencies that provide housing and/or services to people with physical disabilities.
  • Experience in managing a database.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, office computer skills.
  • Successful criminal records check.
  • Ability to travel within Winnipeg.

Salary Range: $56,421 – $65,333.
