The fourth round of the Challenge, Building for the Future: Innovative Construction for Housing Affordability, seeks solutions that focus on innovative construction processes, techniques, systems, or materials that will increase the supply of housing that is affordable, climate compatible, and meets people’s needs. There is up to $40 million available to fund and implement ideas that address these barriers, and applications are due on April 13, 2023.
