The 2023 CHRA National Congress on Housing and Homelessness is taking place April 18-20 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and will be three exciting days of learning, networking, and celebrating the community housing and homelessness sector. Each year CHRA develops a unique program of workshops, plenary and learning sessions, mobile tours, and keynote sessions and they need your input. 

Submit a session proposal by November 18 to share your project, initiative, or expertise at the 2023 Congress!
