Understanding salaries, scope of work, and benefit challenges in non-profit housing

MNPHA members have asked for information regarding compensation in the sector to assist in setting wages and advocating for appropriate funding.

The information will be kept anonymous, and results will be provided back to MNPHA members in a non-identifying format.

The more organizations that participate in the survey:

1. the more valuable it will be for you in being able to compare your salaries, benefits, and scope of work for positions, and
2. the more valuable it will be for the sector as a whole in bringing the issue of wages and expectations of the sector in funding agreements

Complete the survey by April 1, 2025.

To complete the survey, have information regarding your organization’s number of paid positions, salaries (or average salaries) by job title, and benefits available.
