Tenant Development Coordinator

Full Time – 80 hours bi-weekly

Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. is a non-profit consumer driven organization that provides housing and attendant services to support people with physical disabilities to live independently in the community.

As a member of the Resource Team, the Tenant Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for case management functions in the Learning Through Living and related programs at the 1010 Sinclair Street site. The position is guided by the mission statement and philosophy of Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree in social sciences, preferably in Social Work or Human Ecology. Equivalent training/work/life experience may be considered.
• Knowledge and experience with issues affecting people with physical disabilities living in a community setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Independent Living Philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience with government and community agencies that provide services to people with physical disabilities.
• Office computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful criminal records check.
• Ability to travel within Winnipeg.

Salary Range: $58,032 – $67,205
